Filename position on plot and user selected North arrow pattern.

When outputting the drawing, you have the option to also write the project filename and date on the paper.

That position of the text has always been at the bottom right.

Now you may select between 4 positions for the filename.

Bottom Right, Bottom Left, Top Right and Top Left.

The pen color for the text can now also be selected.

The north arrow pattern has always been fixed and was called North.pat but is now user definable.

This allows you to create different patterns to be used as the north arrow.
