Offset arrows as dimensions

The Cad - Dimension - Offset Arrows function has been improved. 

When placing an arrow from a dtm point to a cadline you can now control the direction of the arrow. 

In this figure, to have the arrows pointing outwards, point to the dtm point and when indicating the perpendicular line, point to the line but keep the cursor outside the figure.

To have them point inwards, point to the line with cursor inside the square.

 

 Use the cursor snap mode PR in the repeat sequence.
